Maren forecasts leasing exposure from your property data and builds flighted marketing budgets, spend audits, and package recommendations. By creating an account or uploading data you accept these terms on behalf of your company.
You own the data you upload and the plans built from it. Budgets, audits, and savings figures are estimates for decision support, not financial advice or a guarantee of outcomes — you're responsible for the spending decisions you approve. Package-change emails are sent to your vendors only on your explicit approval, and you are copied on every one.
Founding pilot accounts are free for the stated pilot period. Paid plans are billed as agreed in writing (list: Maren Core $250, Studio $500, or Autopilot $1,000 per property per month). Either side can end service with notice; we'll export your data on request.
Upload only data you have the right to share. No attempts to break, probe, or overload the service, and no use of it to spam vendors or anyone else.
The service is provided "as is" during the pilot phase. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
